Symptoms of ADHD include:
- Inattention (not being able to maintain concentration)
- Hyperactivity (excess movement that is not related to the context)
- Impulsiveness (hasty acts that occur in the moment without thinking).
Most of the time, ADHD is diagnosed in school-age children leading to problems with behavior or school performance.
However, there are adults who present undiagnosed symptoms but which do cause problems in their work or personal life.
